Our role
At your request, Naneun Yeppuda sources and purchases selected goods from Korean sellers, arranges consolidation and international shipment, and manages the purchase agency service. We do not manufacture the goods and do not promise an independent manufacturer warranty. The Korean seller's or manufacturer's product obligations and the rights available to you depend on the transaction and applicable law. We remain responsible for our own purchasing, handling, shipping arrangements and other agency services, and for any duties we cannot lawfully exclude. Calling the service a purchase agency does not extinguish mandatory consumer rights.
Contact and evidence
For a defect, damage, wrong or missing item, give us your order number, the affected item, a description and, if available, photos of the item, packaging and parcel label. We will consider other evidence if photos are unavailable. Do not send full card numbers or customs identity numbers. Email support@naneunyeppuda.com using the email address on your order. We will reply as soon as possible and explain the next steps. Contact us before sending a return parcel; we will explain the process, available remedies and any permitted costs.
Cancellation and change of mind
Before any item is bought from its Korean seller, we will cancel that item and refund all amounts paid for it and its related charges. After purchase starts, we will check what can actually be canceled with the seller and explain any documented, nonrecoverable cost we may lawfully charge. We will not change the selected item, seller price or delivery term without your acceptance. After international dispatch, a voluntary change of mind is assessed under the applicable seller return terms and any legal withdrawal right. Any withdrawal or cancellation right that applies under Korean law or the law applicable to your destination remains available, subject to its legal conditions and exceptions. A Korean seller’s voluntary return policy does not override a mandatory right that applies to your transaction.
DAP delivery and import charges
New orders use DAP. The accepted amount payable to Naneun Yeppuda includes the quoted AIR Shipping Cost and is fixed for the approved items and destination. We will not replace products or increase that accepted amount without your approval of a new quotation. Estimated import duty and VAT are separate; the recipient pays the actual charges assessed at destination.
Duty exemption eligibility and customs procedures can change. Check current requirements with the destination authority before ordering. Customs decides exemption eligibility; Naneun Yeppuda does not guarantee an exemption. We remain responsible for any obligations that applicable law places on us.
Product defect or wrong item
Please report a problem promptly, preferably within 30 days of receipt; later claims remain available where law provides a longer period. We will check the seller's purchase record and help file and follow up on a genuine product defect claim with that seller or manufacturer. If we purchased the wrong item or option, failed to follow your approved instructions, failed to identify an evident discrepancy during an agreed inspection, or caused damage while handling the goods, we will provide the remedy required by our contract and applicable law. A product defect originating with a seller or manufacturer is assessed under the seller's or manufacturer's obligations and any rights you have against us under applicable law. We will not automatically deny a claim because the Korean seller refuses it, nor charge you the cost of fixing our own error where law or our contract requires us to bear it. Opening a cosmetic product does not automatically end a legally protected defect claim.
International transport and delivery
Report missing parcels, transit damage and disputed delivery promptly. We will investigate evidence from the carrier and the handoff chain, and assist with the carrier claim. Responsibility for packing, shipment and delivery depends on what we undertook to do, the carrier arrangements and applicable law. An operator-entered arrival date alone does not prove delivery. We will explain any actual and legally chargeable cost for a customer-supplied wrong address, failed delivery or refusal before any deduction.
Refund breakdown and governing law
We will explain the decision, reason, affected items, calculation of the refundable amount and any documented deduction that the contract and applicable law permit. A return address and shipping instructions will be provided after we assess your request; the business address above is not an automatic return authorization. Import duty and VAT paid directly to a carrier or customs authority were not collected by us, and any recovery of those amounts must follow that authority’s process.
Where we owe a refund, we must meet the applicable legal deadline. A Korean seller’s reimbursement process must not delay a refund we are legally required to make. Before live checkout starts, we must confirm the original-payment-method refund process and currency with our payment provider. The time for a credit to appear on a card statement depends on the provider and issuing bank; no fixed bank posting time is promised.
Review coupons
A review coupon reduces the amount paid for an eligible later order. It is not a cash payment and is not an additional cash refund. Any coupon adjustment on cancellation will be explained with the refund calculation, and will not reduce mandatory refund rights.
We propose Korean law as the governing law of the order to the extent permitted. This does not waive any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to customers in the United Arab Emirates or Saudi Arabia, or any other mandatory law applicable to the transaction.
Any mandatory consumer right applicable to this transaction takes precedence over this draft. The exact allocation of product defect liability depends on the final contract and the way purchase, payment, invoices and import are structured.
